Description
On this week’s episode, Jessie is joined by a dear family friend and professional life coach: Kat Frati! Kat is the first American Jessie has brought on the podcast!  As a life coach Kat has a wealth of knowledge, life experience, and compassion for helping young people. Kat graduated from Tufts university and started her career as a software engineer, but after 16 years in the business and 4 children later, Kat was feeling burnt out. She turned to the Clifton Strengths to help her find her path forward. She’s now a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and works with young adults on how to use their “strengths” to their advantage. Her thought process is, “If you put all your energy towards fixing your weaknesses you will still only end up being average.” By tapping into our strengths we, as individuals, can live up to our very best potential. Kat was one of the very first people to encourage Jessie to create a podcast and has been it’s biggest fan and supporter ever since!    Follow Coach Kat @katfrati on Instagram  Check out her website justbecomeyou.com (Link in Bio) Go there now to connect with Kat and get your FREE CODE to take the Clifton Strengths Assessment!    Don’t forget to Follow & Subscribe to the “Let it Flow” podcast wherever you get your podcasts!
