Social justice is a political issue. Your white privilege is showing with the ability to “bow out.” Caroline is a conspiracy theorist, she was “cancelled” because of her behavior and her response to people who called her out for sharing misinformation, anti-semitism and transphobia.

I came across this podcast as I’ve been trying to learn about intuitive eating. I listened to 3 episodes, one entitled “What is intuitive eating?” And I still couldn’t tell you the answer. In 50 minutes I learned that it’s a framework with 10 principles, but they never discussed the framework or...Read full review »

So I found this podcast and the first episode I decided to listen to is episode 55 is there a “Darkside” to intuitive eating. First let me say as a Latinx clinician to hear someone say “Mexican Spanish” and someone who should know better was disheartening. If you don’t know about a topic or learn...Read full review »

It’s amazing to hear someone with health authority focus on what’s really happening in our human experience vs what shows up on the outside of the flesh suit. I appreciate Dr. Reinold’s perspective so much, and she has such a pleasant “radio personality” so to speak, that’s easy to listen to and engaging. She also does a great job of choosing guests, as I’ve loved every episode I’ve heard!

I like a lot of this—there is a definite higher caliber to her take and insights bc she is a doctor and researcher. She has an accepting, positive vibe.
