Great content, one suggestion
Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly puts a ton of effort into her podcast. It’s great to have a medical doctors perspective on diet culture. Additionally, her guests are delightful and bring great insights. One piece of feedback - she tends to talk a lot about relationships, which is an important part of recovery from disordered eating. However, the relationships piece is often focused on heterosexual marriage. I imagine many people who listen the podcast don’t identify as straight, so maybe talking about relationships more broadly (maybe using the word partner instead of husband or boyfriend all the time), and discussing relationships beyond “what men see in women” would help this content resonate with more people.
