Welcome to Season 3 my loves! I had the pleasure of inviting Amanda Castilone in this 2 part series. Amanda is a medicine woman, healer and a somatic embodiment mentor who works with women in owning their full expression, deep embodiment and self-leadership. Part I of this series is all about Amanda’s background as a somatic embodiment coach AND Amanda’s thought process and decision to do a free birth or wild pregnancy.
