I was introduced to Colin’s work through the Minimalists and quickly became a fan of it all. My go to for relevant news but also random stories I would never think to seek out. Everything is detailed and methodical. Understanding the why by giving us the history and the impact to us today. Highly...Read full review »

I’ve been listening off and on since 2018, and I appreciate Colin’s calm delivery and exploration of context in a world of hot takes. He generally has an unbiased perspective, though his preferences creep in from time to time. I always appreciate his random book reviews at the end—some are in my...Read full review »

This is a fantastic podcast. It's always a surprise to see what journey Colin takes one on each week. He is brilliant for getting under the hood of a topic and sharing what he's uncovered in a thoughtly and eloquent manner. It helps no end that his silky smooth vocals are also easy on...Read full review »

Fascinating podcast! The host clearly puts a lot of work into it into every single episode, so the show is consistently high-quality. He always finds interesting ways to look at the topic and he’s naturally good at explaining things in an easily understandable way.

I usually like your topics, but can’t stand listening for more than a few minutes because of your weird, pretentious delivery. Seriously, man. Get a voice coach or just talk like a normal human. If that’s how you always sound, that must be exhausting to those around you.

Every episode I hear I get astonished by all the things I don’t know. The host is super prepared and walks you through each subject with patience and passion. I absolutely love learning from him, and caught myself even re listening his episodes just to make sure I didn’t miss anything.

I really appreciate this podcast. Colin presents the information with no biases. He always explains both sides of the argument which seems to rare these days. I love to listen while commuting or working as a craftsman. Thank you Colin

Wow. Colin Wright is becoming perhaps the smartest human alive, while unpacking a wide array of complex issues. As a person who loves expanding their knowledge across a variety of subjects, this is the best podcast for learning about something I either had a rough idea or absolutely no awareness about. I highly recommend this podcast if you too are endlessly curious.

I’ve been listening to Colin’s podcast for a number of years now. I’ve yet to hear a bad episode. Whilst I’d consider myself fairly well read, I find immense value from the topics discussed and viewpoints presented. If knowledge is power then this podcast is a mighty tool in my arsenal.

I still remember with a smile on my face, that when presenting the podcast my sisters i said to them: 'let yourselves be seduced'. If asked whether I agree with Colin and his various opinions on a large array of topics like politics, spirituality, philosophy, human nature, etc, the answer would be “sometimes”. Fortunately, none of that matters in this podcast. Insofar as I have listened and interpreted, LKT serves as an...Read full review »

Came here for knowledge, not your politically-slanted rants. Sick of it! Who cares! After listening to 25+, I find myself skipping large sections of your podcasts because you go on and on about YOUR political views. Keep it focused on the subject at hand. Stop the politics crap, or I’m gone.

He drones on about a topic based on one source. And usually that source is suspect at best. The last one on feature phones was the last straw for me. It’s like this alternative wishcasting history. It reminds me of when people at one time basically insisted that Shakespeare wasn’t written by...Read full review »

This podcast is so great. Colin takes a mundane topic and makes it incredibly interesting. Even if a topic seems like something you would not be interested in you need to listen to it. Colin finds a way to make you want to study it yourself.
