Incredibly Helpful
Almost every episode is spot on with what I have been feeling in my life. My mother passed away last May from cancer. After that I have spent a lot of time with grief but also learning more about myself. The anxiety episode was posted on a week where I was filled with anxiety about every little thing. I’m a caregiver personality type and your last episode was spot on. People have been preaching self care and it’s great to listen to other people discussing it.
