I just wanted to say I love both your podcast and Live With Kelly and Mark show.
I heard you speaking about not having good sleeps and that Mark snores.
My husband snored like a crazy man, and I was exhausted all the time.
He finally had a sleep study done, and he was having so many episodes of not breathing (sleep apnea) they took his license away.
He now has a CPAP machine and might have one or 2 episodes a night.
They are not a pretty thing to look at, but I can assure you, you will BOTH have good sleeps, and Mark will live a longer life because of it, for many reasons.
Oh my husband got his license reinstated.
