“Get Spencer off the podcasts, he talks like a child- million miles an hour and just homers out. I know everyone left except Tim, as he’s the only talent at Lettermen Row. Spencer has no clue how to facilitate still; I’d learned this by 23 in corporate America. Spencer cannot handle feedback; if he did, he’d improve. Spencer knows zip about football - Spencer 0 stars & Tim - 5 stars which equates to 2.5 or 3 stars.”

“I know Tim gets criticized about talking too much. I disagree 100%. I think he keeps the show lively and I love his passion and love for the game and our Buckeyes. He brings a lot of years of experience. I probably wouldn’t be as excited to listen to this podcast without Tim”
