Upon clicking your reel that resonated with my current situation, you mentioned how you and your husband had prevailed through all the hardships into a beautiful & trusting relationship after years of hard work. I’ve hit my rock bottom with my husband & we’ve been circling around so much that I know it’s time for a change. At first, I thought this was just childish behavior - now it know that it’s so much more than that - Mental Health, Addictions, Behaviors due to Traumas, the list goes ON. I didn’t come across your podcast until I stalked your profile and thought I related SO MUCH to it that I needed more of your journey! Then I found your podcast, and I was shocked! More so, happy to have found that I’m not alone in this & this can be fixed if both partners are willing to make the change to each be better for themselves and their future.
