Life In Flux is back with the second half of our interview with A.J. Mackinnon. In the late nineties A.J. Mackinnon set sail from his job teaching at Ellesmere college England, to sail a mirror dinghy to the Romanian Black sea. He threads his adventure with literary quotes and insightful comedy in his first book "The Unlikely Voyage Of Jack De Crow". John Wayne Parr, a ten times world champion Muey Thai/ Kickboxer. As a young man he trained in Thailand and became the most respected foreign Muey Thai fighter among Thai's. He is currently has a record of 99 kickboxing wins and is signed to U.S promoter Bellator Kickboxing. He also owns and runs his own gym in the Gold Coast called Boonchu Gym.He is one of Australia's most accomplished, but also unknown athletes. He sat down with our host Jesse Begley in his Gold Coast home for Life In Flux.

Tony Mott sat down with Jesse Begley to discuss his long career in music photography. Originally from the U.K Tony travelled the world until he stumbled across the live music scene in 1980's Sydney. Over the next twenty year's he became one of Australia's best rock photographers, shooting everyone from the Rolling Stones to David Bowie .  He was the official photographer for the Big Day Out tour and also did extensive backpacking tours of the world.

Jesse Begley sits down with Alex Volkanovski an Australian MMA fighter. He is currently ranked 15th in the feather weight division of the UFC and is currently on a 4-0 fight winning streak. We spoke about his win over the Canadian fighter Jeremy Kennedy, how he discovered fighting and his climb up the UFC rankings.
