Practical advice for ethical non-monogamy
"Life on the Swingset", usually a conference call every couple of weeks among the moderator, "Cooper Beckett", and three or so of his non-monogamist friends, is full of information and practical advice for ethical non-monogamists, as well as folks who might be considering it or even just open-mindedly curious about it. Are there generally accepted rules and norms among ethical non-monogamists? What are the differences between polyamorists and swingers? How can jealousy be overcome, or at least managed? How can you practice non-monogamy that strengthens your primary relationship instead of destroying it? How do non-monogamists find each other? Should you invite your "vanilla" friends into your non-monogamy? When and how should you "out" yourself to family and friends? We've listened to all the shows, back to the beginning, and consider it time well spent. Our only wish would be a little more internationality. The podcast concentrates exclusively on the US, and we live in Switzerland.Read full review »
