Today I want to talk about something that I'm trying to take more seriously in my life.
I realised recently after a coaching call with my friend that my sleep schedule is having a huge impact on every aspect of my life. It's pretty much a snowball effect.
You know how the cycle goes:
- go to bed late
- wake up late
- too tired to hit the gym
- productivity suffers
- have a nap
- another late night because you're not tired
It's relentless.
That's' why I'm on a mission to change my sleep for the better, starting with this short list of 8 things I've started doing in an attempt to optimize my sleep.
