One of my favorites
On the surface, the subject is trivial in today's world. But underneath, the podcast uses the Oscar race to follow quality films year round. Katie Rich shines in this more professional setting, unburdened by the adolescent quality of her co-hosts on Fighting in the War Room (which I finally had to quit). Richard Lawson is a great critic and personality in his own right. And the addition of Joanna Robinson can only improve on an already winning formula. You may find yourself having silly thoughts, though. After Denzel won the SAG award, I said to myself, "OMG I have to hear what Little Gold Men say about this! It totally changes the race!"
