“After whisking my 13 mo son here and there all summer with no real routine, he started becoming much crankier than normal, and it was becoming more difficult to put him down to sleep. In fact, it was getting to the point where he would only sleep in the car for naps. And at night, my husband or I would spend an hour or more giving him a bottle, rocking him, and yes- even resorting to showing him videos on our phones. I knew something had to change, and thankfully I stumbled upon your IG account. By reading through the information on your site and listening to your podcast, I was able to develop a routine for him. We are on Day 5, and we seeing him make such strides in falling asleep independently- no car, no bottle, no rocking, NO NETFLIX. 🙌🏼 Yesterday, after going through our nap routine, he just rolled over and fell asleep. I was shocked!! It is one of my happiest mom moments to date. Because he is so well rested, he has been so sweet and happy too. So THANK YOU!! 😊”
