You will sleep again!
I specifically started listening to this podcast after dealing with some serious sleep regression in our 2.5yr old. He was a fantastic sleeper, then out of the blue he became an expert staller and threw insane tantrums at bedtime. Becca has episodes explaining the science behind this regression, tips for the ideal toddler bedtime routine, and basically the exact advice we needed to retrain our toddler on how to sleep. Within 4 nights, he was going down at 8pm with zero protest...and prior to this it was taking hours to get him to go sleep, often lasting until 9:30 or 10! Now that we’ve hopefully fixed our toddler issues I can’t wait to listen to the baby sleep episodes to give us some guidance for our 6 month old. Thank you, Becca for saving our sanity!!

I love that Becca has made sleep (for mama and baby) a thing! Her podcasts are full of incredible value and tips that can be implemented immediately. She approaches the subject firmly but with grace. A much needed resource for new moms!
