Our “perfect” sleeper for the last 24months hit a 2yr regression around 25months (probably induced by US)... we tried to get things sorted out on our own but after 2 weeks I hunted for help and was introduced to this podcast. That day, my husband and I binged several episodes and started making changes that night! Night 1: better but still not normal. Night 2: just like normal. Now on day 5 and sleep truly is back to where it was PLUS we introduced the toddler light and that’s what we feel has been the biggest help! THANK YOU for the simple steps to get us back on track, Becca!!

She clearly doesn’t breastfeed. If you’re doing the best thing you can do for your child, breastfeeding, seek guidance elsewhere because this woman clearly doesn’t breastfeed and doesn’t offer support or realistic advice for those of us who are.
