Our “perfect” sleeper for the last 24months hit a 2yr regression around 25months (probably induced by US)... we tried to get things sorted out on our own but after 2 weeks I hunted for help and was introduced to this podcast. That day, my husband and I binged several episodes and started making changes that night! Night 1: better but still not normal. Night 2: just like normal. Now on day 5 and sleep truly is back to where it was PLUS we introduced the toddler light and that’s what we feel has been the biggest help! After only listening to her podcast my one year old son went from waking up several times a night and we would end up taking him to our bed to him sleeping 10-11 hours every night for the last week. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
