“My 3.5 month was nursing to sleep ( I know it’s bad) so I had to do all naps on my arms. I’m a SAHM with a very active toddler!! So my day was so restricted to my baby sleep. It was horrible! The bedtime was worst nurse to sleep and finally gave up and co sleep not by choice but my lack of sleep. Now to the present I started implementing her advice from the podcast on his nap but didn’t get the program. The naps improve but the bedtime was still difficult then one night I said that’s it I’m buying this program im so done!! That night I started the program 2hrs of studying it and I told my husband I’m doing this so trust me and he said ok go for it. 2 nights were so hard omg but he was staying on the play pen for a good 4hrs stretch one nurse session and the second half was improving. 3rd night 7-1am nurse 140-6am omggg best day ever!! My breast have adjusted to those times so dnt worry your milk will adjust. Naps are amazing he was doing 3 naps a day and now does 4 naps his 4 mons. His mood is so much better less fussy and more smiles. Plus I feel confident to know he is rested and I’m rested to survive my day. The foundations is being implemented and I feel confident in what I’m doing.
Tips: trust the program & give it time to find your best routine!
Respect the awake time it’s magical to not having an upset baby.
Mom to mom your not a bad mom because your baby cries you are teaching your baby sleep it’s ok! Baby will learn self soothing skill and your days will be so free.
Good luck parents”
