“Best baby sleep podcast I could find, very useful advice and it really works!! The online deeper courses Becca sells are great and very reasonably priced. A great way to give it a go yourself before committing to a full-on sleep consultant visit. I bought a bundle with the newborn and the 4month courses for US$50, but my baby sleep has already improved so much, I’m hoping I’ll never have to actually do the dreadful 4m sleep training!
