Best thing I’ve ever done.
My little one was a decent sleeper to begin with but over the months I followed bad advice, got complacent and got her into unhelpful habits. One early morning after a terrible night of little sleep I googled I can’t remember what and stumbled upon Becca’s website. I spent the day listening to the podcast and by that evening I had bought her e-coaching program for babies. We started the sleep training that same night and never ever looked back. It was the best thing I’ve done for my baby, myself and my family. I would have paid twice as much. My baby now sleeps almost 12 hours at night and 3 during the day. Thank you, Becca. The episodes are short and entertaining, and sooo helpful! I always like hearing Becca’s take on things, and then I implement what works for us.
