Listen now
Description
Welcome to our first holiday season special episodes. These episode are guided meditations to help you honour the season you are in with self-care, love and acceptance while making space to celebrate life this holiday season. This 15 mins guided meditations is meant to help you welcome in joy, release with love what you have lost in this year and make room for the gifts that this holiday season has to offer you. Holidays can sometimes find us not in the most holiday personal seasons, or they may evoke not so jolly emotions. Being able to gently allow ourselves to experience joy amidst our grief, is healing. With this meditation you will be able to visualise how finding joy this season can look like for you, and learn to acknowledge your grief while making room for new life celebration. Though the past years may have been the toughest years for us in different ways, they sure did bring us a shift we would someday (if not already) recognize the gifts they brought us. I hope in this period you have found something you will keep for yourself forever or use to build a new normal for yourself. Whatever it is you found will be your gifts from this season. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Music Credit: AShamaluevMusic ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Follow Living Content's work: Sign up to receive my newsletters here Produced and Hosted by @lifewithOlerato Follow the podcast on Instagram @livingcontentpodcast Our website www.livingcontent.co.za DISCLAIMER: Do not treat the content here as a substitute for therapy or professional help. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/livingcontentpodcast/message
