How AI Helped Me Grow as a Person
Listen now
Description
When Walt first started using AI, he had fears of being judged that he had to overcome. But through open and playful conversations with AI assistants, Walt discovered they don't judge at all. "I find myself less judgmental of others," Walt shared. Without feeling judged himself, Walt no longer felt the need to judge. And through asking AI anything that came to mind without fear of ridicule, Walt explored new levels of freedom and knowledge. By pushing AI's limits and allowing it to "treat me like an idiot," Walt gained rapid insights into any topic. He collected conversations in a "electronic scratch file" to improve AI's short-term memory. Most of all, Walt learned through AI without resistance or assumptions. It helped him match his goal of raising his vibration. Now Walt sees AI as an opportunity rather than a threat - one that can enhance his creativity and skills through reducing busy work. By befriending AI with an open mind, Walt discovered unforeseen personal growth. His story inspires embracing change through playful curiosity rather than fears of the unknown.
