There is no home team bias, he is not afraid to criticize the organization or a player, if warranted, nor does hesitate to give praise when deserved. He's always prepared to tackle whatever the hot topic of the day is during the season, and will find something interesting to discuss during the lull of the offseason. Please write a script and stick on it. You constantly repeat yourself and get stuck which gets annoying.
