It's officially March Madness, and the Big 12 tournament kicks off today. Although the Texas Longhorns aren't playing today, they look to win the tournament for the second consecutive year and third in the last four years but face an uphill battle. On today's episode of Locked on Longhorns, we predict all thirteen games of the tournament, from the start until the championship.
