The Philadelphia Phillies beat the Padres, 9-2 as they opened their first HOME series in 11 days!
Kyle Schwarber led the charge with two 2-run homers in the game while Alec Bohm provided another big swing with a 3-run homer in the 5th. Bohm went 3-for-5 on the night and was one of seven Phillies to have a multi-hit game. Catcher Rafeal Marchan came up with a perfect 4-for-4 night with w RBIs, while Trea Turner came up with two hits in his first game since May 3rd.
Cristopher Sanchez was dominant trough 7 innings of baseball. The lefty allowed 2 runs, 1 earned as he lowered his ERA to 2.91.
