The Red Sox avoided falling to 2 Games below .500 with a 2-1 comeback win over the Tampa Bay Rays Wednesday night at Tropicana Field. The Red Sox are 2-4 on their current road trip that wraps up Thursday night.  Sox are 76-76 with 10 games remaining in the regular season.  ----- Get On & Good Things Happen: Trevor Story led off the Top of the 8th Inning with an infield Single.  Story stole 2nd, stole 3rd (with 1 out) and scored on an RBI Single from Jarren Duran.  That gave the Red Sox their 1st lead of the game.  Duran picked up just his 4th RBI in the month of September.  ----- The Pen: The Red Sox 5 relievers each worked a scoreless Inning in Wednesday night's 1-run win.  Kenley Jansen worked a scoreless 9th Inning for his 27th save of the season and the 447th of his career.  Jansen walked 2 with 2 outs in the 9th, but managed leave both runners in scoring position by getting Logan Driscoll on a strike out to end the game.  ----- Tanner On the Hill: Tanner Houck took the ball for the start against the Rays Wednesday night.  It was his 1st outing since a road start against the Mets on September 4th.  Houck struck out 2 of the 3 batters that he faced in the 1st Inning.  He allowed a 2-out, run-scoring single to Tanner Walls in the 2nd Inning and that got the Rays on the board 1st. He came back and worked a 1-2-3 3rd Inning with 3 groundball outs and then escaped a 1st & 2nd jam in the 4th by getting a 5-4-3 inning-ending double play.  He left after 4 Innings, 60 Pitches and the Red Sox trailing, 1-0.
