“First time listener and I totally get what you are saying! This year I did it first with finances. I just decided how I wanted my finances to look and I set up some savings and investments and still end the month with a healthy cushion of expendable cash. I’ve nickeled and dime my whole life no matter what my paycheck was. Not anymore. I also have a good 30 lbs to lose and have been struggling for several years. Focusing on the next cleanse, the right supplements, the right workout, and left totally frustrated. In mid-June I just decided and with some dietary action (which had always been an option) I’ve lost over 10 lbs and counting. I also don’t feel deprived, or that I need to track every calorie. When I’m full, I’m done. It’s not a struggle to turn down treats… I just don’t want them.
I agree… a totally mental thing. You speak of god. I’m a Buddhist and this is a very Buddhist way of living that I guess I never really truly connected to. I will continue to listen… you have such great energy. I shop QVC a lot but don’t have need for women’s clothes 🥴😂but I may stop and watch the next time you are on. Great sexy voice too!
