“I’ve been doing some of these techniques for a while and yes I do see improvements in my mental health and daily life styles. I’ve been struggling and forced myself to be someone I wasn’t while at college. I knew how bad this was but I continued to be the fake person this caused many friends and the girl I love to abandon me and constantly tell me to leave them alone during my struggles. But recently I’ve found out my way to bring back the old me and found my happy self. The only thing I struggle with now is my ex girlfriend that I’m still in love with. I only see a relationship and life with her but my struggles made her say I scare her now. How should I go about still being in love with her and keeping a healthy boundary so she doesn’t feel like I am overwhelming her but also attempting to make her notice my mental health and lifestyle progresses as well as not being an aggressive person?
