Description
Thank you for joining us for another episode of the Low Carb MD Podcast. Dr. Diljan Mansoor is an advocate for low-carb diets as a treatment for metabolic illnesses. He is an internal medicine doctor and is Nepal’s first low carb practitioner. His non-conventional low-carb approach to fixing chronic disease drew the attention of regulatory authorities and he was soon shut down. He was finally able to reopen his clinic, and he now conducts one-on-one sessions, helping metabolically ill patients improve their health through dietary intervention. In this episode, Drs. Tro, Brian, and Diljan talk about how Dr. Diljan discovered the low carb diet, how and why his clinic was shut down by the authorities, effectively progressing the low-carb message, the amazing work that Dr. Diljan has been doing with his patients, and the value of individualized care.
