I see the incarceration of any individual. As another life wasted. Prison does little to improve the situation. Either for the individual or for society in general. And many times it makes it much worse.
So let’s stop laughing when we see other people in legal trouble. We generally have no idea what led there. As a prosecutor I saw this often. People very quick to judge. Based on slim to no evidence as to a defendant’s personal history and why they would find themselves in their current situation.”Read full review »
