but compelling - this is brilliantly eerie tale. The actors are great, their inflections fit the narrative perfectly. I hope this group have continued to podcast their audio dramas.

The story begins with Lucy awkwardly recording her sleeping disturbances ; creating an audio dream journal. Lucy Dillon has become afflicted by a sleep disorder. This is no ordinary sleep disorder. Her night time disturbances escalate & so does her anxiety. We accompany her as she embarks...Read full review »

Just found this show and quickly binged all episodes available. They voice acting is superb! I really like the main characters voice and accent! But I do agree with some of the other reviewers about the jumps in sound... so quiet you cannot hear the dialogue and the next second it’s blasting....Read full review »

The storyline is great, the acting great, but the sound balance is problematic. Its mostly normal, but then I can’t hear a word and then there’s an ear shattering scream or aggressive static sounds. It’s impossible to listen to without adjusting the volume.

If you like the idea of folklore being mixed with light horror and mystery you'll like this. To me it feels like a mix between modern Dr Who without a Doctor (incidentally the lead character/actress brings Karen Gillan's Amy to mind), Amazon's Undone and a tiny bit of the first...Read full review »

FYI: the first few episodes are missing, even on their website. It’s also apparently unfinished (there’s a missing - but announced - Season 2/Episode 11). What’s left is still pretty engaging. I listened without headphones so the volume issues weren’t too much of a problem. The story in the...Read full review »

I couldn’t stop listening. The characters are interesting, likeable and well acted. The premise and the story drew me in and kept me there. I can’t wait another episode.

Loving that I just discovered podcasts. My first was The Black Tapes and this one’s got to be maybe my 7th. Gets you pretty quick with the simple setup and just started season 2 where it seems to dive right in. Kudos to the makers of this and the voice acting. Always refreshing to hear an accent...Read full review »

God forbid you wear headphones while you listen. The extreme sudden change in volume when someone is yelling or the digital static which seems to play right in your inner ear.

Intriguing. Breaks the mould. A true original

But the fluctuations in sound levels leaves something to be desired. One moment, it’s screaming through my speakers and I have to turn down the volume and the next person that speaks is so quiet, I have to turn it back up. However, the story line is intriguing enough to keep me coming back for more.

With season 2 coming out in May, you should binge this show so you can get caught up. Stellar acting, tight plotting with surprising turns, and excellent production values and sound design. And the music choices are truly chilling.

A great take on dream fantasy! What starts as a simple premise quickly escalates and reveals something much more sinister is going on. Bring on the next batch please!

Started the first episode. I like the concept and would want to see where it goes but I'm really disliking the protagonist. What would you do if your dreams became real? Lucy has problems with sleeping, and then those problems start to get out of hand. She has to find out how and why. This podcast has phenomenal writing and acting. You really fall into the story and are itching for the next episode.

All you could want from an Audio Drama, great production values, engaging story, spot on acting. I listen to a ridiculous amount of ADs and this is in my top five favorites right now. If you are even considering listening subscribe now, you will not be disappointed.

I work with and listen to audio drama a lot. Episode 1 of this show is one of the most professional, engaging and well put together shows I've ever heard.
