Lundin War Crimes Trial
This is the Lundin War Crimes Trial, a podcast-series produced by PAX and Global Idé, that follows the criminal trial in which two executives of a Swedish oil company, Lundin, will be tried for aiding abetting war crimes committed in Sudan between 1999-2003. The company is also charged for profiting from war crimes in what is now part of South Sudan. During the period the company was active 200,000 people were forced to leave their homes and 12,000 people were killed. Can a Swedish court bring justice to the survivors of the oil war?
