MacBreak Weekly: A Tech Odyssey
Leo Laporte puts out ten or so podcasts that follow a strict format, with hosts that keep each show rigidly structured. So to those that dislike all the retholes and meta-ratholes, I suggest you pick one of his other fine broadcasts. Macbreak is a podcast that has evolved from a basic news podcast (Of which there are so many, to the point of over-saturation) into what could really be described as a news odyssey: A Stream-Of-Consciousness discussion between a group of good friends, about everything that flows by the lens of pop culture. The more you listen, the more you learn to appreciate the inside jokes and recurring themes that make this show much more rewarding than a regular news program. No, this show isn't for everybody. If you want your news delivered in dry, boring bullet points, then just read the headlines on the NY Times website. If, on the other hand, you're a regular human being with a sense of humor, this podcast is one of the finest there is.Read full review »

If you like macs, hate macs, don't know what a mac is, this podcast is for you! The hosts are very knowledgeable, witty, irreverent and have wonderful "radio" voices. The best way to keep up to date on mac news, products, issues and also, usually a lot of fun.Read full review »
