“...so I can't agree w/those who think this show Mac-bashes simply b/c it isn't Mac cheeleading, and nothing BUT Mac cheerleading. While the guests are all clearly Mac users and Apple lovers, everyone (well, except Scott Bourne, who IS a total Apple cheerleader!) is clear-eyed enough to be usefully critical when they believe something needs improvement. As for the interplay, I enjoy it - "ratholes", jokes and all - though I'll confess those episodes with female (Molly Wood, Veronica Belmont, Cali Lewis) as well as male guest tend to helpfully reduce the sometimes locker-room level of the humor. If they had a regular female member on the team, I'd rank this 'cast even higher b/c, well, there IS some justice to the "guy-centric" criticisms other reviewers have made. All in all, though, I find MBW to be informative, enjoyable and a great way to pass an hour-plus. Another great LeoCast from the TWiT Network!”Read full review »
