A truly stellar 'cast
This is among the few podcasts that I listen to virtually every word whenever a new one is posted. The MacBreak crew seem to really enjoy each other's company and have respect for diverse viewpoints and interests (OK, maybe not when it comes to the iPhone). The star of the show is Merlin Mann, whose intelligence, humor, and a tiny dose of humility serve as the glue that drives topics forward or into welcome detours. One nit to pick: I think Alex is a very strong participant (in fact, my favorite assembly is Leo, Merlin, Alex, and Scott), but isn't as strong at running the show--Leo does a better job.Read full review »

This show used to have high quality information, but the cast has become so full of themselves, it makes the show drag on and on and on and on. They routinely go way over an hour, and they provide nothing in return. Sorry, but this one has gone from my must listen to list to the trash bucket.

This podcast has devolved into an endless loop of inane topics driven by the obscure minutiae that spews forth from Andy Inatko and Merlin Mann.
