Being a fan of the Operation Ouch boys, I was really looking forward to Dr Xand’s new podcast. Considering I’m asthmatic and have had vision problems since birth, the first two episodes (Eyes and Lungs) were made for me! Really interesting and informative interviews, and although I wasn’t previously familiar with the work of co presenter, Psychologist Kimberley Wilson, she has such a great rapport with Xand, it’s like listening to old friends chatting. I just wish the podcast was longer than 30 minutes, could easily have gone for an hour. I look forward to hearing future episodes.

I love this series, a very different look at the body and brain. I was looking forward to the episode about the vagus nerve, but was a little disappointed that vasovagal attacks were not mentioned.
