Dopamine Queen
As an overwhelmed mum of four, business owner, and living in a country with NO family, I was diagnosed with ADHD at the ripe old age of 42. I just knew something wasn’t right with my thoughts and actions. After deep diving on the medication options, thorough help from my psychiatrist and talking to others in the same boat, I decided to medicate with a stimulant daily. The difference this has made to my life has been incredible - on a social, emotional and academic level - I’m genuinely sad I didn’t start earlier. Your podcast was extremely bias and made me feel like I was ‘on the wrong path completely’ with my health. Try a little balance next time, as a professional Kimberley, it wasn’t helpful to hear your obvious anti-med stance!

Smart. Brilliant. Funny. Interesting. Hosts are professional yet approachable, topics are ranging yet focused. Very well done.
