“Thank you Julie for giving me a reason to get out of bed in the morning! I struggle daily with depression, but I don’t let it define me. I tell myself each morning that I only have to get out of bed for one episode and then I’ll see how I feel once it’s over. I typically stay out of bed, or at least stay awake, after I’ve finished the episode. I acknowledge the negative thoughts that enter my mind, but am able to see them in a more positive light because of your gentle yet effective nudges & the topics you address that just seem to feel like they’re especially for me.
