Compelling. Creative. Unique.
There are few stories quite like this one. It’s more than I could have ever expected, and I will forever be grateful for that. The story itself is unique, the world building delightfully unexpected and fun to explore and think about in. The voice acting is phenomenal, the sound effects absolute perfection—it feels like I’m there as well. A silent participant alongside Arthur and his companion, another entity in his head (if less argumentative). Don’t even get me started on the music. The use of the piano throughout the show to reflect the emotions of the characters, the setting, and the connection these beloved characters have with the music is well done, and just adds to the strength this entire story has. The characters themselves are just as compelling and beautifully fleshed out. The characters development is logical and deeply satisfying to behold, each step taken and each experience bringing the characters closer together and engaging in their humanity (for some, it’s quite new found). But what I found especially fascinating is how the story gets better somehow. It fails to wane out like others, and instead, it exceeds expectations and rekindles new, provoking thoughts and emotions. I will say, though, my personal favorite episodes are difficult to surpass when it comes to “The King” (episode 20) and “Coda” (after 20). I’ve had a blast listening to this podcast, and can’t wait to continue the journey!

I love this podcast. The voice acting, sound effects, storyline, everything. If you’re into dark storylines, this is the one. The way John screams WHAATT out of frustration in hisdeep dark voice sends me each time 😂😭. When you take a listen, you’ll know what I’m talking about lol. Enjoy!

This has become my favourite ongoing podcast. Besides the fascinating premise of a man losing his sight and finding a voice in his head that can use his eyes, the plot is wonderfully mysterious, voice acting is top notch, and sound design is beautiful. Anyone who enjoys horror/mystery/thriller...Read full review »
