“With my first pregnancy, I had time to go to a yoga studio for prenatal classes. It was such a stress-reliever physically and mentally. With my second pregnancy, I don't have quite as much time. I held out thinking I could make time to go, but never did. I'm so glad I found this podcast! I try to take 20 minutes every evening to do the 20 minute daily routine. But, even if I don't have 20 minutes, just 5 or 7 minutes for one of the shorter podcasts is a lifesaver! I wish I had found it sooner!”
