“I've been listening to Mark and Mike since the early episodes and it's the only podcast that I have stuck with week in week out. The quality of the content is truly excellent (as is the sound production which, when done poorly, is enough to put me off most podcasts). This stuff is so good that I even pay a subscription for their premium content (show notes etc.). These guys are in it to make effective managers across the world and their enthusiasm and passion comes through in every cast. It's like having a personal coach. Combine this with the supportive community and you have the most effective self-development tools for aspiring AND existing managers. If you haven't already subscribed - then I recommend you do. As for where to start, personally I think 'The Secret of a Great Handshake' is a great place to start and just about sums up what you can expect.
