Davy was friends with Kelly, and was one of the first to suspect and witness Kelly's behaviors. He tried to do everything he could to stop this behavior before reaching out to Marathon Investigation. Davy tells the story from beginning to end with the hope that Race Directors will learn from the events and circumstances that allowed Kelly to continue cheating at races for years.
