5-Star Production
The discussions in the Marginal Gains Podcast seem to closely match my interest in trying to BE more and think more critically about less-than-obvious factors that enhance my awareness and improve my odds at achieving an intended outcome. Although the podcast is primarily aimed at cycling performance, which I thoroughly enjoy, its undertone applies to much more in life. Question (presumed) dogma. Search for improvement where others have already concluded it can’t be found. Reframe your perspective and work to achieve more than you thought (or were told) was possible. Surround yourself with people who share these goals for mutual, beneficial improvement. Josh, Fatty, and Hottie, I applaud your abilities to dissect and share ideas on complex yet interesting topics, while also providing historical context and often philosophical balance to the equation. This podcast is informative and thought provoking. Keep up the excellent work!

Great podcast and production. A bicycle podcast that gets into the engineering and science side of cycling. I MTB and BMX. There isn’t any BMX technical podcast so I try to apply what I can from what I learn here.

Great material, but they take soooo long to deliver it. Twenty minutes of material in a one hour show. If you’re really into cycling, you’ll like it anyway.
