Best dam fitness podcast
I’ve listened to many fitness podcasts. By far in my opinion Mark Bells is the top one. Many others claim their methods are the best and their diet is the only way. Mark Bells Powercast main goal is living a healthier and stronger life no matter what method you choose. I really enjoy the different types of athletes, experts, and friends he interviews. Every episode I learn something new and because of listening to him I believe I’m becoming a healthier and stronger person. Thank you, Mark Bell
