Mark overtalks & manplains which is irritating.
For me, I find the interviewers ego too obvious unfortunately especially in Vickys interview, he’s almost too keen to counter with his own story, anecdote or knowledge. I wish he would just step back a bit and let the interviewers talk more. He often steers conversations to his preferred agenda rather than let the person flow. He has a habit of telling, rather than questioning.
