stuck
while I appreciate and have compassion for your story and your sense that it needs to be heard, I just did not feel like there was anything within this podcast that helped me move on or pointed me to a way of coping or healing. It really is just a retelling of your story, you are narcissistic abuse and I do not need to hear the ends and outs of another’s dramatic retelling when I lived too long and the abuse of my own. Now The time for moving on and not looking back and to learn and to live… Finally live! Listening to these few episodes that I did, I felt stuck and triggered which in turn led to an uproar of the symptoms associated with CPTSD. Of course I understand there needs to be a human element so that we can connect our story to another’s and say hey they got through it, but what is lacking here is the moving on and the healing and the putting the past behind us because this person has stolen too much. I am not going to stay stuck and commiserating I hear the hurt and the emotion attached to that hurt in your voice and your retelling and it is sometimes embodies that bitter and broken person that narcissistic abuse causes. Our job is to get through it because we are not a narcissistic abuser. We heal and we get through it because if we stay stuck and triggered by old feelings from them, life will pass and we will waste it

This is almost impossible to listen to for very long. Just a rambling rant. There are much better podcasts about narcissistic abuse out there, one that actually offer useable info for people.
