In this episode of the podcast I get to chat with Stephen Garland who recently organised a series of talks in DCU with the "Students for Sensible Drug policy" called "Medical Cannabis Demystified". Stephen also suffers with PPMS (Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis) which is a 'No Treatment, No Cure' form of MS . He received his diagnosis in 2016 and after learning of another man with the same condition who was going to Russia for a stem cell treatment he started a fund raiser and in 2017 he began his stem cell therapy. Stephen was a person who consumed cannabis before his diagnosis and he didn't realise the benefits it would bring him until he started suffering from his condition.  He is starting the talks again on the 3rd of February and the will go ahead every Wednesday evening from 7pm with different guests from the Cannabis world.
