“Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
2-3 Cooked and shredded chicken breasts -or- (2 [10oz] cans of shredded chicken)
2 (8oz) Packages of cream cheese
1 cup Ranch
¾ cup Frank’s Red Hot
1 ½ cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 (6oz) Package of bacon pieces
Directions:
1. In a pot, heat cream cheese, ranch, and Frank’s Red Hot on medium heat, stirring until well blended.
2. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and evenly mixed in.
3. Add the chicken and bacon, stirring until mixed evenly.
4. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese across the top of the dip and let simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
5. Serve with celery and carrot sticks.”
