Very motivating
I am a Foods & Nutrition student at SDSU, and I find this podcast extremely motivating. I’ve been following Amanda on Instagram for years but only just started listening to this podcast since in the past week. I had my son last year & my health habits have declined tremendously since then. It’s been a good way to put myself back into a “health centered mindset” while being productive. (I sometimes even listen while working out!) I love that the information is provided in a understandable way, and if it isn’t, Amanda reiterates.

Chris and Amanda provide such an educated approach to health and fitness. I find the episodes very easy to follow considering the scientific content.
