Hi Amanda and Chris, I really enjoy your podcast. Especially the episodes that focus on better health in other way aside from fitness! For a future episode you should consider interviewing Alisa Vitti, she’s all about regulating hormones in women and how to balance out your monthly cycle. The information she provides is like no other on the web, specifically she’s found out how women best function on our biological rythme, the infradian rythme, rather than the circadian rythme. She also has an amazing story that is quite inspiring. Overall it would add another level of great content to already amazing content!
