Explained SO Well!
Great interviews! Your guests ‘illustrate’ clearly how our body systems work together, and this helps us to take action for ourselves. We get very little feedback or warning from doctors and specialists. It’s like they have no clue what to recommend, or are otherwise just waiting for us to get worse. There’s no good excuse, if short on time they could recommend at least some sources of info on a slip of paper. Your podcast makes so much good sense. We need to know these facts. Thank you.
